3-Day Return Policy

You have a window of 3 days from the date of receipt to initiate a refund request after

your order has been delivered.

Readymade Products (1-4 Days): Experience swift delivery with our readymade products! Orders for items marked as readymade will typically be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you can anticipate receiving it promptly, allowing you to enjoy your new purchase without delay.


Stitching Products (4-10 Days): For items that require stitching or customization, we take the necessary time to ensure meticulous craftsmanship. Orders for stitching products will be processed within 4-10 business days from the date of purchase. Our skilled team of artisans will work diligently to craft your order to your specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Please note: All customized articles are exempt from exchange or refund. Effortless and Convenient Returns

Most products, with a few exceptions (please refer to FAQ), are eligible for return.

Exchanges

Items bought on our website are not eligible for exchange or refund. However, if there is any other defect on the product, exchanges are possible. but shipping costs will not be covered

General Policy

For select areas, we offer a re-pickup service in collaboration with our logistic

partners. If you are in an "out of service area," you will be notified via email. In such

cases, you have 3 days from our email confirmation to send the products through a

reputable courier.

* For "out of service area" returns, you'll be reimbursed for return courier

charges based on your chosen payment method.

* While sending products back, label the package with 'not for sale' or

'Defective goods return'.

* You can track your return status by logging into your account on our site.

* Notify us about your product return through [email protected] or by

calling/WhatsApp us on +91-8156 999 555 with your ORDER ID.

* Returned products must be in their original condition with tags and packaging.

* Used, washed, altered, or non-original condition products upon receipt won't

be eligible for refund, exchange, or return.

* Custom-made, pre-stitched, or personalized orders cannot be returned.
